Does submitting mean I am approved?
No. Submission starts an eligibility review. Approval happens only after the Loko team verifies your identity, licence, vehicle and required documents.
Do I upload documents on this page?
Not during the initial signup. An authorised Loko onboarding representative will explain the secure document-verification process after reviewing your application.
Can cargo transporters use this form?
No. This form is for passenger ride drivers using Loko Driver. Cargo transporters and fleet operators use Loko B2B.
How will Loko contact me?
The onboarding team will use the phone number or email address supplied in your application. Never share passwords or one-time verification codes.
